
I have always been a big fan of smoothie as I could see how retaining the fibre was an advantage compared to juicing. What I didn’t realise was that you can get a real instant kick by juicing, indeed by removing the fibre you allow your body to absorb all the nutrient super fast, leaving you energised in no time. For this juice, I ‘ve popped one dose of matcha powder first and then added tonnes of spinach, 2 celery stalks, lots of coriander, 1/4 of a lime and lemon and an apple. the ultimate pick me up, energising drink, that taste delicious
