Warming turmeric and spices latte. This is probably the perfect anti-inflammatory drink! Research show that turmeric can also be beneficial with Alzheimer’s, endometriosis, inflammatory bowel disease, psoriasis, rheumatoid arthritis and more. For this recipe, I have used fresh turmeric which is not the most potent form- dry is, but certainly the most delicious. You’ll need one thumb size of Fresh turmeric, about a quarter of a thumb size of fresh ginger and half a teaspoon of cinnamon. To potentiate the absorption of turmeric I have added a crack of black pepper and a bit of coconut oil. Add to a blender with a cup of almond milk and give it a good whizz then warm it up in a pan or use the froth maker on your coffee machine!
