Turmeric Latte

Warming turmeric and spices latte on this cold day ✨❄️✨This is probably the perfect anti-inflammatory drink! Whether you are experiencing cold and flu symptoms or any pains and aches, the turmeric latte will have you covered. Research show that turmeric can also be beneficial with Alzheimer's, endometriosis, inflammatory bowel disease, psoriasis, rheumatoid arthritis and more. For this recipe I have used fresh turmeric which is not the most potent form- dry is, but certainly the most delicious 😋 You'll need one thumb size of Fresh turmeric, about a quarter of a thumb size of fresh ginger and half a teaspoon of cinnamon. To potentiate the absorption of turmeric I have added a crack of black pepper and a bit of coconut oil. Add to a blender with a cup of almond milk and give it a good whizz ⚡️ then warm it up in a pan or use the froth maker on your coffee machine 😘
