Another take on houmous with a fresh and spring feel.
You’ll need:
- half a can of chickpeas
- half a can of peas
- 1 garlic clove
- the squeeze of half a lemon
- 3 springs of fresh mint
- 1 large tbspoon of tahini paste
- 2 tbspoon of olive oil
- water for thinning
- salt and pepper to taste
Add all the ingredients to a blender and give it a good whizz…voila!
