pea and mint houmous

Another take on houmous with a fresh and spring feel.

You’ll need:

  • half a can of chickpeas
  • half a can of peas
  • 1 garlic clove
  • the squeeze of half a lemon
  • 3 springs of fresh mint
  • 1 large tbspoon of tahini paste
  • 2 tbspoon of olive oil
  • water for thinning
  • salt and pepper to taste
Add all the ingredients to a blender and give it a good whizz…voila!
